1. Service description
LeakLocked provides forensic textual signature watermarking, email and document sending, and leak investigation tools. The service embeds individualized plain-text signatures into content so leaks can be traced to specific recipients. The service is provided on an "as is" basis subject to these terms.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws when using the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use LeakLocked to harass others, distribute malware, violate privacy rights, or process data without proper authorization. You represent that you have the right to watermark and share content you upload or send through the platform.
4. Intellectual property
LeakLocked retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LeakLocked a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeakLocked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Investigation results are probabilistic and should be considered alongside other evidence.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
